About Silva Margareta Danielsson
My office is in the Humanities Library - 6th floor - but I serve all the library units. My main tasks are user management, information and support for library staff, and administration and support of the Library's computers for public use.
I have been employed at the University Library since 1977. First as a library assistant and then as assistan librarian, after which I went on to become an IT professional in the library’s newly created IT department in 1986. In 2009 I was transferred to the University's IT department where I now, serve mainly the library staff as "On-site support"
