About Chinmay Dwibedi

I have a background in microbial genomics and metagenomics. Currently, am investigating strain level cross-talk in the human gut microbiome. My aim is to characterise strain wise differences especially within less studied bacteria species in relation to human health. I work closely with Prof. Fredrik Bäckhed's research group at the Wallenberg laboratory for cardiovascular and metabolic diseases.
