About Alice Wickström
I’m a postdoctoral researcher (Browaldhstipend) in management and organization studies interested in how power, materiality, and affect shape day-to-day organizational relations and practices. I currently work on collaborative research projects in the following areas: care-based organizing, ethics, and sustainability; digitally mediated organizing, work, and consumption; and organizational inequalities related to gender and diversity. I’m drawn to post-structural ways of thinking and new feminist materialist imaginaries, and find inspiration in qualitative, embodied methods and creative ways of writing.
