Half time seminar: Catharina Wolcott - Approaches to Literary Texts in the Swedish EFL Classroom

Catharina Wolcott will be presenting several parts of her dissertation, in particular the Introduction and Theory and Method chapters. Her study focuses on how EFL teachers at the upper secondary level in Sweden approach literary texts as well as the outcomes they are aiming for. A comparison between the Swedish and the Dutch context serves as a backdrop to the study. The Swedish study involves a survey questionnaire designed to explore the focus outlined above.
