About Maryam Fanni

I have a background as a graphic designer with a focus on printed matter, with a degree from Konstfack Graphic Design and Illustration. I have worked with a variety of artistic – sometimes collective – practices that in different ways have been interested in democracy and the right to the city.

I supervise MA students in Design at HDK and participate as a lecturer for BA Design students, and have also taught at Konstfack, Beckmans and Nyckelviksskolan.
I regularly participate in Swedish Radio Kulturnytt/P1 Kultur and I am a member of the editorial team for the cultural magazine Fronesis.
