Forskar om demokrati i dess olika former med särskilt fokus just nu på företeelsen goda förlorare. Vad menas med att vara en god förlorare i demokratin och vilka faktorer skapar goda förlorare?
Ett annat intresseområde är samhällsvetenskaplig metod med särskild inriktning på designfrågor. Undervisar även i forskningsmetoder på grund- och avancerad nivå.
