What are you studying?
"I’m pursuing an MSc in Innovation and Industrial Management."
How are you planning on using your scholarship?
"I plan to use the scholarship to support my Master's thesis which focuses on how differences between Sweden's and Vietnam's innovation systems shape barriers and opportunities for green energy technology transfer, and what that means for Swedish firms seeking to operate in Vietnam. If the thesis develops in this direction, the funds would go toward fieldwork costs in Vietnam, including interviews with industry stakeholders such as firms and policymakers."
How does it feel to be awarded the scholarship?
"I am incredibly honoured and grateful. The scholarship helps bring the thesis one step closer to reality, but it also signals that the research question I care about is one that others find worth pursuing too."
What would you like to work with in the future?
"For now, I'm drawn to roles at the intersection of technology, strategy, and international markets, particularly in deep tech sectors like energy transition, advanced manufacturing, or emerging technologies where the gap between technical possibility and commercial reality is still wide. I see myself contributing to bridging that gap, whether inside a firm or a policy-adjacent organization. Long term, I'm interested in how innovation systems can be designed or reformed to more effectively spread the benefits of technology."
