Instructions for paper presenters

• Every paper presenter shall submit a paper. There is no particular template to follow but please try to submit as complete of a paper as possible.
• The deadline for submitting your paper is 12 November.
• The paper should be submitted to the Track leaders.
• Every parallel session lasts 75 minutes and hosts 3 or 4 papers.
• Every paper presenter shall prepare a presentation. Presentations should be max. 10 minutes long. Rehearsal and a good preparation of the presentation is highly recommendable.
• You are expected to carefully read all papers submitted for your Track and prepare well-grounded questions for each paper.
• Presenters will share their own screen to present their PowerPoints or bring their presentation on a USB-stick.
• There will be a person available in each room for technical support.
