About the talk

We often think perfectionism pushes us to excel, but we rarely consider its hidden costs. Imposter syndrome distorts how we see ourselves, fueling fears of judgment, failure, and not being good enough. Both stem from distorted thinking patterns that can be changed.

In this talk, we'll explore the true impact of these doubts and fears on our productivity, mental clarity, and enjoyment of our work. We’ll also discuss simple ways to recognize when perfectionism or imposter syndrome is holding us back and how to reshape our inner critic to be more objective and compassionate, allowing us to thrive.

Registration will open closer to the event.
