The Network
NEON is a network aiming to strengthen Swedish nutritional epidemiology research by promoting: collaboration, competence and resources
The network is open to scientists and practitioners interested in methodological issues related to studies of diet and health. Currently NEON has over 400 members. These currently include for example nutritionists, dietitians, physicians, statisticians and dentists.
NEON focus mainly on the following core activities: annual network meetings and Nordic cooperation.
Within NEON a Working Group consisting of members from all universities, takes responsibility for raising funds for the network and initiating activities.
