Kristina Rosengren är leg. sjuksköterska och har en doktorsexamen i omvårdnad. Hon är docent och universitetslektor i vårdvetenskap samt internationell akademisk koordinator på institutionen. Kristina har arbetat som chef och ledare på olika nivåer inom vård och omsorg inom landsting, kommun och statliga arbetsgivare.
Forskning
Kristina forskar inom vårdens organisering och ledning med fokus på förbättringsarbete. Ett exempel är vårdledarskapets betydelse vid implementering av personcentrerad vård.
Forskargrupp
Kristina ingår i profilen Ledarskap och lärande och samarbetar med såväl nationella som internationella forskningskollegor.
Undervisning
Kristina är bl.a. kursansvarig för kurser på sjuksköterskeprogrammet som behandlar ledarskap och lärande samt förbättringskunskap. Vidare är hon kursansvarig för en tvärprofessionell kurs i personcentrering inom häls- och sjukvård samt omsorg för arbetsterapeut-, fysioterapuet-, läkar- och sjuksköterskeprogrammen vid Göteborgs universitet .
