Sjuksköterskestudenters kompetens
Titeln på projektet är: Sjuksköterskestudenters kompetens i slutet av utbildningen – en jämförande studie mellan självskattad och examinerad kompetens. Syftet med projektet är att studera samvariationen mellan sjuksköterskestudenters självskattning av sin kompetens och self-efficacy, samt resultat på kompetensprov i slutet av sjuksköterskeutbildningens sista termin.
Vidare är syftet att studera hur sjuksköterskestudenter, bedömningsansvariga sjuksköterskor samt lärare i sjuksköterskeutbildningen beskriver innebörden av olika kompetensområden för legitimerad sjuksköterska.
