Short description

The overall aim of the project was to support the learning and the development of knowledge about the organization of innovative and complex practices in health care, more specifically hybrid operating rooms where diagnosis and treatment can take place simultaneously and several medical specialties work together. The project has contributed to knowledge about the development of the methods, procedures and approaches that integrate new technologies and medical practices, as well as knowledge about how this is implemented safely. In addition, the project has helped to develop knowledge about the organizational and physical integration in the implementation of new technical systems.
