ABSTRACT
At this seminar, I will present my ongoing thesis project regarding perspective shifts and literature conversations between Spanish students at university level, focusing on the preliminary analysis of the results of some empirical studies carried out in the first phase of the project, i.e. self-assessments, reader biographies and focus group interviews. I will also mention something about the theoretical-methodological model designed for the imminent analysis of the empirical study consisting of observations of literature conversations. I welcome comments on the model designed to analyze the observations of the literature discussions as well as the attempts to analyze the results of the initial empirical studies.

My name is Emma Magnusson and I am a PhD student at the Department of Spanish at the University of Gothenburg (50%) and a Spanish teacher and head of studies in Spanish at Linnaeus University (50%). I am also a certified High school teacher in Spanish, Swedish and English.

Título: Aha! Factores cruciales para cambios de perspectiva. Discusión literaria grupal entre estudiantes universitarios de ELE.
En este seminario, presentaré mi actual proyecto de tesis sobre discusión literaria grupal y cambios de perspectiva en estudiantes universitarios de ELE, focalizando en el análisis tentativo de los resultados de unos estudios empíricos llevados a cabo dentro del marco inicial del proyecto, es decir, las autoevaluaciones, las biografías lectoras y las entrevistas en grupos focales. Además, comentaré algo sobre el modelo teórico-metodológico elaborado para el futuro análisis del estudio empírico de las observaciones de las discusiones literarias. Me gustaría recibir comentarios acerca del modelo establecido para analizar las observaciones de las discusiones literarias y del análisis tentativo de los resultados de los estudios empíricos iniciales.

Soy Emma Magnusson, doctoranda en el departamento de Español de la Universidad de Gotemburgo a 50% y profesora de español y directora de estudios de español en la Universidad de Linné a 50%. También soy profesora titulada de español, sueco e inglés a nivel de bachillerato en Suecia.
