Short description
Digitalization has turned the spotlight on so-called "matchmakers", that is, companies that act as intermediaries in a market. Relationships with other actors are then the greatest source of value creation, which means that they see their surroundings as an ecosystem. This project studies the organizational logic of matchmakers, and how it takes on new expressions during digitalization. More specifically, the project aims to analyze organizational contradictions that arise in digital transformation and develop practically rooted strategies to deal with such contradictions.
