About

The general aim of the course is to give the student a general description of the norms, that is laws, regulations and customs that regulate the companies' relationships mutually, with the society, with organisations, and with individuals.

Throughout the course, the student should develop an ability to identify legal problems and give proposal to solutions. The course content is more oriented towards showing structural relationships, similarities and differences than to provide knowledge of material law.
