To open the entrance door you hold the Aptus proximity key to the reader. Make sure the outer doors always close properly behind you.

The keys and the Keycode tag are property of Welcome Services. Please note that you have to cover the cost if you lose or damage them. Do not separate the keys from the Keycode tag at any time!

At your final departure
Guldhedstorget 1 A: Lock the door and put the complete set of keys in the little white box on the wall in the end of the hall, in the adjacent building Guldhedstorget 1 B.
Guldhedstorget 1 B: Lock the door and put the complete set of keys in the little white box on the wall in the end of the hall, on the same floor as your apartment.

There is a room for bicycles and baby strollers in the basement.

Cleaning during your stay is not included in the rent. On departure you must leave the apartment neat and tidy, ready for the next tenant. Before departure you will receive a cleaning checklist.

In Sweden it is customary to sort and recycle your garbage and in most garbage rooms there are different bins for at least newspapers, food remains and other refuse. Glass, cardboard, metal, plastic packages and batteries should be sorted and left at the nearest recycling station. Large recycling stations can be found at Doktor Liborius Gata 44, Syster Estrids Gata 5 and at Lindströmsgatan 4, among other places.

Guldhedstorget 1 A: The garbage/recycling room is in the basement, labelled “cykelrum och soprum” on the door. You can also reach it from the outside; it’s a silver/metal door, facing the tram stop. Use the apartment key to open the door. 

Guldhedstorget 1 B: Garbage barrels are at the back side of the building, just by the basement exit door. They are locked, and the key is hanging on the clothes hanger in the hall of your apartment, please leave it there at your departure.

There is a broadband modem in your apartment. Please follow the instructions found next to the modem on how to connect.
The equipment is the property of Welcome Services at the University of Gothenburg and shall be left in the apartment at all times.

The laundry room is located in the basement, in the same part of the building as your apartment. Stairs are by the mailboxes. NB: Wired brassiere must be washed in wash bag/net.

Guld 1 A 
You enter the laundry room and book your laundry time slots with the Aptus proximity key tag. You will only have access to the laundry room during the time you booked (including extra time for drying). 
Laundry time slots are 07-10/ 10-13/ 13-16/ 16-19/ 19-22
You may use the drying machine for half an hour after each washing session.
If the booked time slot is not used within one hour, another tenant is allowed to take over the slot. There are iron boards and ironboxes in the apartment.

Guld 1 B
The laundry room is located in the basement, stairs are by the mailboxes. Please use the little lock on the board to make your reservation for a time slot on the schedule, and move it back to “parking” if you are not going to use the laundry room. Detergent is provided, please note that it is a highly concentrated form of detergent, one spoon is enough. There are two iron boards and irons in the laundry room as well as two clothes racks. Please leave these in the laundry room, since they should be available for all guests.

The mailboxes are located in the entrance hall.

For the mail to be delivered, you need to have your name on the letterbox. We will provide you with a name sticker. Put it in plastic pocket on letterbox with your apartment number on. Check that the name is fully visible when the mailbox is locked. We suggest you choose the colour red – Ingen reklam, tack (no commercials please) to avoid your mailbox to be filled with commercial flyers.
Also for mails to reach you, your address must include your name, street, street number, apartment number, zip code and mailing address. 

Larger parcels are not delivered to your address but to designated delivery locations. If you are to receive a parcel you will be notified where to collect it. Please note that it will be stored for more a limited period of time.

Remember to forward your mail to your new address when moving out.

If anything is amiss with the apartment, please contact us as soon as possible and we can send someone to do the repairs or replace missing items.
Simpler maintenance, such as changing light bulbs, cleaning the water trap of the wash basin etc. is the tenants’ responsibility to replace/clean. 

The apartment is furnished and equipped for self-catering, which means you manage everything yourself. Light bulbs, toilet paper and consumables that you use, you replace if needed.

There's no provision for storage at this location. We kindly request tenants not to bring their own furniture or other large items.
