About Mia Marine

Mia Marine is a musician, pedagogue, composer and photographer with many years experience of touring, playing contemporary and traditional music. At the University of Gothenburg she teaches main instrument, ensemble, methodics, arranging and music theory, among other things.

Mia tours and teaches all around the world, and also has her own online academy visited by hundreds of subscribers over the years, since the start-up in 2020. www.FiddleAcademy.com

Mia also does a lot of arranging and composing, for her own projects but also as ordered compositions for employers such as the Førde festival, choirs, culture schools and theatres. As theater musician, she has collaborated with several different companies and groups, like at Dramaten with choreographer Mats Ek, for example.
