Senior Lecturer
Dept. of Applied IT, Division of InformaticsProgramme Supervisor
Department of Applied Information TechnologyAbout Dina Koutsikouri
My research interests involve how organizations respond to changes within an increasingly competitive landscape wrought by digital technology but also how technology influences the pace of work and management practice. Currently I investigate agile transformation in incumbent firms. My teaching includes the course Organizing for Digital transformation which is one of the mandatory modules in the Digital Leadership master’s program at the Division of Information Systems.
My published research has appeared in Journal of the Association for Information Systems, Journal of Engineering, Design & Technology and in the proceedings of Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences (HICCS). I have also published commissioned research including Leading digitalization in Municipalities for The Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions.
