Emil works with secondary effects for bacteria and bacterial communities that gets exposed to sub-lethal levels of antibiotics He uses microbial model systems, for now mostly the microbial model system THOR(The Hithchikers Of the Rhizosphere) to analyse stability and resistance of THOR to many different disturbances.
