Erik Andersson
About Erik Andersson
Andersson has a Ph D in education. He has worked as a teacher in secondary education and has for a long time been working in different types of teacher education programs. Andersson is associate professor in education (docent).
Anderssons research is directed towards school improvement, pedagogical leadership and collegial learning with a specific focus on pupils democratic participation in those processes. Theoretically he is influenced by agonism and pragmatism, building on the works of John Dewey, Hannah Arendt and Chantal Mouffe, and complexity theory/thinking.
