Hedvig Lärka is a doctoral researcher of international law and tax law at Gothenburg University in Sweden. She studies the developments of corporate income tax regimes through history of law studies of the modern state-, corporate- and legal form, centering specifically the contemporary emergence of global, top-up minimum taxation.
