About Malin Brännström

My research interest is the newly arrived students in secondary school and especially those students who lack or have short schooling upon arrival in Sweden.

I'm interested in how the the education of these students is organized at different schools and how these affect pupils' opportunities for participation and learning.

I have previously worked as a teacher in Swedish and Swedish as a second language in adult education and high school.
