About Tanja Feltsen

As a coordinator, I primarily work with the head of department and the institution’s management team, where I coordinate and participate in the planning and execution of leadership activities such as annual reviews, investigations, and handling of government consultation response. This includes managing cases that span multiple areas of core operations, following up on processes, and assisting the leadership in administrative matters. I am also responsible for preparing agendas and protocolls for meetings with the management team and the institutional council.

In addition, I hold the position of sustainability coordinator at the institution, where I lead the operational sustainability efforts and follow up on activities in accordance with the university’s overarching sustainability goals and environmental requirements, including ISO 14001 certification.

Furthermore, I am responsible for handling cases related to harassment, sexual harassment, and victimization, and through this role, I am part of the Faculty of Education's case management group.
