About Trisha Rajput

Trisha Rajput is an Assistant Professor at the School of Business, Economics and Law, University of Gothenburg where she lectures to both law and management students on international trade law. Her research interest lies in the area of international economic law with particular focus on international trade law. Her current research considers the impact of trade facilitation measures in enhancing the efficiency and predictability of global value chains. In addition, she has also worked on a project funded by the European Union.
 
She holds a Doctorate in law and Master’s in European and International Business Law from University of Leeds, UK. In her doctorate thesis she evaluated the coordinating initiatives of the WTO with the other non-WTO regimes operating in the area of public international law. She did her Bachelor of Laws degree from India and also lectured at Rajiv Gandhi National Law University of Law briefly.
