Title:

BRAPH 2: Flexible, Open-source, Reproducible, Community-Oriented, Easy-to-use Framework for Network Analysis in Neurosciences

Abstract:

The growing scope and complexity of network analyses in neurosciences have transformed our understanding of brain function by integrating multiple regions, clinical metrics, and biomarkers. BRAPH 2 is a flexible, open-source framework designed to facilitate reproducible and community-oriented network analysis, offering streamlined workflows for complex statistical analyses and deep learning. Its Genesis compiler allows users to create specialized distributions with custom pipelines, ensuring flexibility, scalability, and reproducibility in diverse research domains.
