Welcome to an exhibition by students at the MFA Programme in Child Culture Design: Där fantasin bor - en utställning om lekstugor & kojor (Where the imagination lives)
First year Child Culture Design students in collaboration with Nääs Slöjd och Byggnadsvård (Handicraft & Building preservation) and a group of children from Lerum exhibits the play huts that they have been working hard with during the spring. The huts, and the students individual research projects (showed as process videos), is part of the exhibition Där fantasin bor - en utställning om lekstugor & kojor (Where the imagination lives)
At the same time they also exhibits projects from the earlier course Homo Ludens, where the students, in collaboration with a host family, investigated play at home during a pandemic and how the blurred border between work and free time have affected children and their possibilities at home. That exhibition is called PLAY HAPPENS and takes place inside the main building.
Due to the situation the public opening has been cancelled but the exhibitions silently opens today and will be on display until the end of October. So plenty of time to visit.
