Save-the-date: GCPCC 2026 4-7 May 2026 parallell with Vitalis, the largest eHealth event in Scandinavia, at The Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre, Gothenburg, Sweden.
GCPCC 2024
In May 2024 453 delegates from 29 countries gathered in Gothenburg, Sweden for the first ever Global Conference on Person-Centred Care (GCPCC). The conference theme was Knowledge(s) and Innovations for Health in Changing Societies. The Conference was held for three days parallel to Vitalis at The Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre, Gothenburg, Sweden. Five pre-conference workshops were also held.

Learning about Person-centred care in Higher Education (LearnPCC)
LearnPCC 2024
The conference Learning about Person-centred care in Higher Education (LearnPCC) will be held in Gothenburg, Sweden 12-13 December 2024. It is a new scientific conference about students’ learning of person-centred care. To meet the growing need for person-centred care, universities worldwide must readjust their healthcare education programmes.

GPCC 10th Anniversary Conference 2020
On 6-7 February 2020 350 people gathered at the Wallenberg Conference Center for two packed days of seminars, workshops, exhibitions and a gala dinner. The theme was Together for Better Health Care and Medical Services.

This interactive multimedia exhibition visualised the concepts behind person-centred care. Person-centred care is based on a partnership between the patient and healthcare professionals. The exhibition was shown at Sahlgrenska University Hospital/Östra in 2012.
