Guest Professor Ingela Alger Visits the Department This Week

Ingela Alger is a Guest Professor from Toulouse School of Economics, and will be at the Department of Economics this week. "I look forward to engaging in conversations with faculty and PhD students", she says.

Ingela Alger is a CNRS Senior Researcher at the Toulouse School of Economics and Director of the Institute for Advanced Study in Toulouse (IAST). Her research focuses on the evolutionary foundations of human preferences, particularly morality and distributional preferences.

"I’m excited to engage with faculty and PhD students at the University of Gothenburg, especially given the Department’s strengths in Behavioral, Development, and Environmental economics."
