Published

Today, we congratulate our colleagues Marcia Grimes, Marina Nistotskaya and Frida Boräng who recently received funding as partner in a Europe-wide consortium.

The project “RESPOND – Rescuing Democracy from Political Corruption in Digital Societies” received 6M euros through the Horizon Framework. QoG is one of 16 partners, and the consortium will be led by Alice Mattoni at the University of Bologna. It brings together psychologists, political scientists, sociologists, media scholars and historians and will run from 2024 to 2029. Marcia Grimes, Marina Nistotskaya and Frida Boräng as well as a post-doc will work primarily on topics related to political finance and lobbying. The local portion of the grant is 363 000 euros.
