Short description

The current COVID-19 pandemic has drastically accelerated popularity of remote work, making it a regular part of many people’s lives. This drastic move towards remote work has shed light on a multitude of challenges in creating sustainable remote working environments that ensure both worker well-being and productivity. In this project we investigate ways of creating sustainable remote working environments, based on the wealth of knowledge from the existing research. Our goal is to analyse currently known remote work challenges, and strategies to counteract said challenges. The expected outcome of this project is a framework for a sustainable remote working environment, and an agenda for the future remote work research.
