Short description

This project is a collaboration between research in gut microbiota och fysisk aktivitet. Professor Fredrik Bäckhed is principal investigator. The aim is to investigate how patterns of gut microbiota is related to patterns of physical activity and metabolic health. Advanced statistics for pattern analysis is applied, both in relation to gut microbiota and to physical activity.
