The past, present, and future of biodiversity (BIODIV)
Research group
Active research
Short description
We use molecular phylogenies as a tool to study biodiversity patterns in time and space. We integrate genomic, morphological, ecological, and geological information to understand diversification. Our research is collection, field, and lab-based and although we primarily work on tropical plants, we currently run projects on mollusks, fossil mammals, and butterflies.
