Value- and perspective-integrated organizing of elder care

The project explores how different values and perspectives can be integrated into the management and organization of elderly care. The overall goal is to contribute knowledge about practices, collaborations and organizational models that support both older users and caregivers' prerequisites for everyday living capacity (influence, co-determination, participation, meaningfulness). The sub-studies are carried out with case studies, surveys, interviews and observations with managers, care workers and users, in Sweden and India.
