Doctoral Studies
The PhD education at the Department of Economy and Society comprise four years of full-time studies and lead to a doctoral degree (240 higher education credits). Students may also obtain a licentiate degree (120 higher education credits) after two years of full-time studies. The Department of Economy and Society offers PhD education in three subject areas: Economic History, Human Geography, and Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Management of Intellectual Assets.
