About

In the course, you will acquire knowledge about various forms of Scandinavian design. Topics covered range from furniture design from the 1950s to contemporary computer game design. The course includes a study visit to the design museum Röhsska. You will get the opportunity to analyze and discuss design objects together with students from many different countries. By reading a number of art historical and design historical texts with different perspectives, you will acquire knowledge about Scandinavian design and visual culture.

Selection

Selection is based upon average grade from upper secondary school (34 %), the number of credits from previous university studies, maximum 165 credits (33 %) and Högskoleprovet - Swedish Scholastic Aptitude Test (33 %).
