About

The overall objective of the course is to introduce the student to current research methods while providing an overview of modern macroeconomic theory. Long-run growth and development are analysed, as well as short-run fluctuations and the effects of economic policy. Specific topics include consumption, business-cycle theory, unemployment, inflation, monetary and fiscal policy, and growth theory.
