I work as a researcher in the project "Why do midwives leave their jobs? - National prospective cohort study to identify work environment factors that predict job turnover" which is funded by AFA.
I have a PhD since 2021. My thesis "A meaningful work in a strained context - exploring midwives' work situation and professional role" is about midwives organisational and psychosocial work environment and professional role.
