About Communication Unit
The Communication Unit manages intern and extern communication that is overall for the whole University.
More than 30 people work at the Communication Unit with press releases and media contacts, internal and external web, popular science lectures, student recruitment, alumni, social media, academic ceremonies, staff magazine GU Journal, visual identity, design, layout of printed matter and more.
Mission of the Communication Unit:
to create conditions for the University to communicate
to help create conditions for the University to co-operate
to manage and develop university-wide channels and infrastructures
to produce university-wide content and university-wide activities
The Communication Unit is divided into two sections:
Popular Science Events, Student Fairs, Academic Ceremonies, University Management Communication, Press Contacts, Social Media, Content on Internal and External Web. Head of Section: Maria Eriksson
