Benjamin's research interests revolve around marketing and consumer culture and explores the intersection of consumption, markets, and society. His award-winning work is published in the Journal of Consumer Research, International Journal of Research in Marketing, Marketing Theory, Psychology & Marketing, Journal of Marketing Management, Consumption, Markets & Culture, and Advances in Consumer Research.
Before taking his PhD at Jönköping International Business School, Benjamin received a master's degree in International Marketing and Brand Management from Lund University, as well as a Diplom-Kaufmann (Business Managament) specializing in marketing and leadership from Technical University, Berlin.
