About Elin Sandegård
Doctoral student in public law.
My research primarily concerns public law, with a
particular focus on medical law, and jurisprudence. Since attaining my LL.M in 2012, I have worked as a Law Clerk and a Reporting Clerk at the administrative Court in Gothenburg. In September 2017, I was employed as a doctoral student in public law at the Department of Law in Gothenburg to work with my thesis with the working title: Reproductive right? - a study on women's legal room for maneuver in certain bodily issues.
I teach mainly in
constitutional law and general and special administrative law including social law, medical law etc.
Main supervisor is Sari Kouvo and co-supervisor is
Therese Bäckman.
