About Filip Bladini
Filip Bladini is an associate professor and senior lecture in private law.
With a starting point in tort law, insurance law and competition law, I focus on regulative matters with a perspective of Law and Society.
My present research interest is urban planning, innovation and sustainable development through the legal framework following from EU law market economy cornerstones, in areas as competition, state aid and public procurement etc.
My teaching is primarily done in the law programme’s 7 and 8 terms as course director of the courses in Compensation Law and Mater Thesis.
My external cooperation is mainly done through various public and private forums within my teaching and research fields and occasionally as co-opted member in the District Court of Gothenburg and Court of Appeal for Western Sweden.
