About Filip Bladini
Filip Bladini is an associate professor of civil law and Senior Lecturer. With a background in tort law, insurance law, and competition law, I have a particular interest in legal regulation and its societal functions—an approach often referred to as Law and Society. Most recently, my focus has been on urban development, innovation, and sustainable development, viewed through the legal framework stemming from the market economy principles of EU law, such as competition, state aid, and public procurement.
Over the years, I have been involved in teaching, research, and leadership— including serving as head of department. I have also undertaken various collaborative roles, primarily through board memberships in associations related to my field, such as Försäkringsjuridiska föreningen i Göteborg, Upphandlingsliga föreningen, Göteborgs Stads Upphandlingsråd samt Miljörättsföreningen i Göteborg. Additionally, I have participated in governmental inquiries in several of the legal areas that interest me. I have also served as an associate judge in both district courts and courts of appeal.
