School of Public Health and Community MedicineAbout Gunilla Wastensson
I am a senior consultant and researcher at the unit of Occupational and Environmental Medicine at the University of Gothenburg. In my research, I use quantitative neurobehavioral tests in studies of workers exposed to different neurotoxic agents. At present, I investigate neuromotor function (e.g. tremor) in welders with exposure to manganese. I am also project leader for a longitudinal study of teacher's working environment and health funded by FORTE.
