During the spring of 2025, NanoSIMS at the University of Gothenburg and Chalmers University of Technology will host several speakers in the "MS Imaging Seminar Series". The speaker at this webinar is Dr. Ya-Nan Yang, Guangzhou Institute of Geochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences (GIGCAS).

About Dr. Yang
Dr. Yang is an expert in NanoSIMS imaging applied in earth and planetary sciences. His current research focuses on developing and applying SIMS and other imaging techniques to explore the distribution of volatile elements (e.g. C, H, F, Cl, S) in the Earth’s interior.

The seminar takes place at 15:00 - 16:00 (CET), including discussions. After the seminar, there is an opportunity to participate in an open informal discussion at 16:00 - 16:30 (CET).
