On site at Flytevi you will meet, among others, Viveka Kjellmer, Jenny Högström Berntson and Maria Bodin from the University of Gothenburg (all involved in the research network #matarv - #culinaryheritage). Together with them you can test your sense of smell, botanize in cookbooks and recipes.

There is also the opportunity to contribute to food heritage research by taking part in a survey on food memories and meal traditions.

#matarv is a network for collaboration around research and collections about food, traditions and cultural heritage. Food is not only what we eat, but also culture, identity, politics, attitude and environment. Within #matarv, research on food from various subjects such as history, archaeology, marine biology, art, psychology, ethnology and religion is brought together.:
