Collaboration and Communication
CGHRM promotes strategic HR/People development through extensive collaboration, research, and knowledge sharing between academia and both private and public organizations.
CGHRM engages in comprehensive collaboration with partner organizations and researchers from various academic disciplines and institutions. Research findings and up-to-date knowledge are communicated through open seminars and lectures—mostly in the form of webinars—our own reports, press interviews, and posts on LinkedIn.
Collaboration also occurs with the Swedish HR Association, other universities, and research centers, as well as with several research environments at the University of Gothenburg. Additional connections with other universities have been established through the Nordic Network of HRM Research, administered by CGHRM, which has around 200 members.
Partnership with CGHRM – What Does It Entail?
Collaboration with CGHRM primarily takes place through our partner organizations, where we work together on the strategic development of the HR/People function. This is achieved through regular partner meetings, advisory sessions, and seminars, offering space for in-depth discussions and exchanges of experience.
As a partner, you have the opportunity to participate in exclusive networking events and deep dives into current HR issues. You also gain access to research-based insights and expert-led advice, which support strategic decisions and development.
The partnership provides a platform for reflecting on your own challenges and future needs, while also offering access to the latest research and insights into HR and People Management. Through this collaboration, you contribute not only to your own organizational development but also to the broader advancement of knowledge within HRM.
