Cranet
CGHRM is responsible for the Swedish part of the international Cranet study. The Cranet survey is the world's largest and most established scientific survey in the field of HRM. The survey was first conducted in 1989, and in the latest data collection from 2021-2022, 38 countries from five continents participated.

The Cranet survey is the world's largest and most established scientific study in the field of HRM. The survey was first conducted in 1989, and in the most recent data collection from 2021-2022, 38 countries from five continents participated.
CGHRM is the Swedish partner in the survey, and so far, two reports detailing the Swedish results of the Cranet survey have been published, which can be downloaded here (further down the page).
The first report, Prepared for the Future?, presents results related to skills supply, including recruitment, selection, training, development, and performance evaluation.
The second report, In the Best of Worlds?, presents results related to HR organization. The report includes areas such as HR density, strategic HR work, the prevalence of outsourcing, career paths within HR, and the relationship between HR and line management.
