Research interests
Magnus is a PhD student dedicated to unravelling the mechanisms and impacts of white noise on cognition. His focus encompasses investigating individuals experiencing difficulties in language and speech, attention, reading, and writing. Employing EEG technology, these individuals are studied under various conditions, both in the presence and absence of white noise. The overarching hypothesis posits no discernible differences between exposure to white noise and its absence.
The project's objectives are twofold: to replicate prior research findings and to shed light on the etiology underlying the observed effects, as elucidated by EEG patterns and event-related potentials (ERPs).
