The EU Horizon 2020 project MERGING - integration for migrants is coming to an end. On April 18th, a final event was organized in Brussels to unveil the outcomes of this unique housing project, which CGM has been part of. The topic of the final event was Housing Initiatives as Drivers of Social Inclusion.
This 3-year interdisciplinary research project is funded by the EU’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme, bringing together 7 disciplines from 10 partners coming from 6 European countries. The main objective of the project is to facilitate and ensure the sustainability of migrants’ integration process, through participatory housing initiatives in 3 EU cities: Lyon, Valencia, and Gothenburg.
