Presidential change

On the final day of the ISS2024 conference, Patrick Llerena assumed the role of President, which includes organizing the ISS2026 conference in early July 2026 in Strasbourg.  Hence, Maureen McKelvey has now completed her academic service as President of the International Joseph A. Schumpeter Society.

"Organizing the Schumpeter Conference, ISS2024, has been a great way for me & my team to "give back" to our scientific community. I am particularly happy that the conference helped people not only create new connections for the future, but also renewed acquaintances with old friends. Schumpeter's work and our theme of Transformation: Creative Accumulation & Creative Destruction in the Economy is highly relevant to understanding change today." //Maureen McKelvey
